We take care with descriptions and images, but small colour/finish variations can occur (screen vs fine‑art papers).

Pricing & payment
Prices are in GB £ and include UK VAT where applicable. We accept card payments via PayPal. Your order is accepted when we email confirmation.

Made to order
Our products are produced to order. Typical dispatch time is 3–5 working days.
Free UK delivery typically arrives 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Postage & Packing
Royal Mail postage & packing added at Checkout.

Gift cards valid for 24 months from purchase.​

Delivery

Orders are packed carefully and usually dispatched within 3-5 working days.​ Single cards are sent in a protective hardback envelope. Larger card orders are packed to protect against scuffing in transit.

​If you are outside the UK, please contact monkeyboy before ordering.Risk passes on delivery to the address you provide. Please check addresses carefully.
 
Returns & refunds
Faulty/damaged items – tell us within 7 days with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at our cost. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 working days of receiving the return.

Cancellations
You may cancel before we start production. Once production has begun, cancellations may not be possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Intellectual property
All artwork, images and text on the Site are Copyright and owned by Monkeyboy. Do not reproduce without permission.

Liability
We are not liable for loss not caused by our breach or for business losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid. 

Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. UK consumer laws apply.
