If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact sales@monkeyboy.shop within 7 days of delivery and include a photo where possible.

 

Unused cards may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

 

Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Refunds are made to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and checked.
