Products & images
We take care with descriptions and images, but small colour/finish variations can occur (screen vs fine‑art papers/frames).

Pricing & payment
Prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. We accept card payments via Stripe and/or PayPal. Your order is accepted when we email confirmation.

Made to order
Prints and framed prints are produced to order. Typical dispatch is 2–3 working days; Free UK delivery typically arrives 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Delivery
UK delivery is free. Risk passes on delivery to the address you provide. Please check addresses carefully.

Returns & refunds
You can return non‑faulty items within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging; return postage is paid by the customer. Email [Email] with your order number to start a return.
Custom/personalised items are returnable only if faulty.
Faulty/damaged items: tell us within 7 days with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at our cost.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 working days of receiving the return.

Cancellations
You may cancel before we start production. Once production has begun, cancellations may not be possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Intellectual property
All artwork, images and text on the Site are owned by Monkeyboy or our licensors. Do not reproduce without permission.

Liability
We are not liable for loss not caused by our breach or for business losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid. Nothing limits liability for fraud, or for death/personal injury caused by negligence.

Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. UK consumer laws apply.
